Register to give blood with ImpactLife June 1 – 16, 2024 to be entered for your chance to win a pair of tickets to the John Deere Classic. On Mon, June 17, 2024 13 winners will be selected.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Central (“CT”) on June 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CT) on June 16, 2024.
How to enter:
The Giveaway consists of thirteen (13) pairs of tickets. To become eligible, register to donate between June 1 - 16 AND enter the giveaway by purchasing a zero (0) point entry on the donor store, located at https://login.bloodcenter.org/donor/store/.
The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ImpactLife.
Limit one (1) entry into the Giveaway per donor. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Giveaway at the sole discretion of ImpactLife.
Prize and Approximate Retail Value:
Potential Winners will receive two (2) any day tickets as well as parking, which are good for one (1) day of the event. Each Prize Winner agrees to accept all aspects of the prize “as is,” and Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, and expressly disclaims any warry of title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value of each prize is $150.00. Approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded is: $1,950.
SELECTION OF WINNER
ImpactLife will select the winner at random from a list of all donors who entered to win through the donor store. One (1) prize winner will be selected and contacted the week of June 16th. Tickets will be transferred via email to winner. JDC requires all tickets to be on a mobile device and does not accept printed tickets.
PURPOSE
This promotion is intended to encourage donors to present to donate during the week of June 1 -16, 2024, resulting in increased blood supply to prepare for future patient need at hospitals.
ELIGIBILITY
ImpactLife’s John Deere Classic Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is only open to legal U.S residents of Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin who have registered to donate blood between June 1, 2024 and June 16, 2024.
Note: The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. Participations constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Employees of ImpactLife and their spouses and children are not eligible for the prize drawing.
ODD OF WINNING, WINNER SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION
Odd of winning, winner selection, and notification: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be selected randomly on or about June 17, 2024. Potential Winners will be notified via phone and/or email on or about June 17, 2024 (using information in Sponsor’s records) to verify Potential Winners eligibility and to obtain Potential Winners complete contact information.
Any such message will instruct the winner to reply as specified within (2) full business days (measured in the local time zone) after the time that the message was left or sent. Winner must reply as instructed to identify him/herself, confirm his/her eligibility and ability to accept the prize, and provide his/her complete contact information within two (2) full business day period, or they will be disqualified. Potential winners will subsequently be required to complete a liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within the reasonable time period specified by Sponsor at the time of such request.
Winners may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion if: (a) winners fails to reply or to provide any required information or properly completed documents within the required time period; (b) winners fails to comply with any of the terms of these Official Rules; or (c) if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for any incorrect or missing contact information associated with an entry, or for any change of contact information of entrant after entry submission. Upon winner confirmation, Sponsor will provide information to winner on prize fulfillment.
PRIZE RELEASE
By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or award of prize shall be submitted to Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final.
By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating dealers and retailers, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotional and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (“Releasees”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes.
Entrant hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Releasees against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any breach by the entrant of any provision of this document, including, without limitation, entrant’s representations and warranties.
Any Additional Rules
Sponsor is not responsible for any errors in printing, administration, or prize announcements of the Giveaway. Only the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor may modify, cancel, or suspend the Giveaway or amend the rules at any time without notice due to factors affecting its proper administration. If the Sweepstakes is disrupted by events like natural disasters, legal issues, or other significant disruptions, Sponsor may modify or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If terminated early, prizes may be awarded from eligible entries received. All entries become Sponsor's property and are not returnable.
Privacy
As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that personally identifiable information submitted as part of an entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the winners, and fulfill the prize. Such information may be shared with Sponsor’s agents and affiliates as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and to fulfill the prize. Information will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.bloodcenter.org/about/privacy/.
