The great news is that in our new system, everyone receives points regardless of creating an account! Most products can be returned in new condition, with the original packaging (including accessories, manuals and parts) within 60 days of the day you received the item, to your nearest donor center. If you do not live near a donor center or have any questions about returning an item, please contact us at hello@impactlife.org for additional options.

For items that arrived damaged or incorrectly, we will work to replace this for you to the best of our ability.

For items that do not fit or operate as expected, we will work to either find another option that works for you or refund your points spent on that item.

While rare, we do reserve the right to limit or decline an exchange or point refund on a case by case basis.

  • What is the difference between donating WB, DRBC, and PHE?
    • Whole Blood (WB) donations extract several blood components, including: red cells, platelets, white cells, clotting factors, and plasma. Donating whole blood saves not one--but multiple lives. All blood types are qualified to donate. You can donate this procedure every 56 days and up to 6 times per year.

    • Red Cell Apheresis/Double Red Blood Cell (DRBC) donations use an automated procedure that enables the donor to give the equivalent of two units of red cells. Qualifying blood types include: A negative, B negative, O negative, and O positive. You can donate this procedure every 112 days and up to 3 times per year.

    • Apheresis (PHE) donations involve a process where the needed component is separated from whole blood and the remaining components are returned to the donor. All blood types are qualified to donate. You can donate this procedure every 7 days and up to 24 times per year.
  • Have additional questions about the Rewards Program?

We are happy to help you with any questions or issues you may experience. Please contact the Donor Rewards Help Desk at 800-747-5401 or email hello@impactlife.org
